Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the items are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
